E-CHO is out!
The outcome of E-CHO – online choreographic project, not just for dancers – is out now.
Dance DOES NOT HAVE right now: the audience, stage, auditorium, collective, lights, technical direction, whiskey in the bar after the performance, etc.
Dance HAS right now: mobil phone, internet, creativity, time.
Anybody could participate, rules were simple: to record a movement sequence for approx. 7 sec, to choose a number from 1 to 100 in an online shared document under which the minichoreography is included in the common set.
Result of of this common effort is this video. 56 people took part in it. Thank you for participating, everyone!
The idea for E-CHO originated at the beginning of the quarantine during March 2020, when it became clear that Nu Dance Fest 2020 would not be happening, as originally planned, in April this year. Even so, we wanted to enjoy dance together – at least as much as is possible under current circumstances, from the isolation of our homes.
